Who is FixQueue for?+

Do tenants need to install an app or create an account?+

No. Tenants just scan a QR code (or click a link) and submit a request from their phone browser. No app, no signup, no friction.

How do I get notified of new requests?+

You get an email immediately. If you add your phone number, you also get an SMS for urgent requests. Tenants get notified by email and SMS when you change a request status.

Can tenants attach photos?+

Yes — up to 6 photos per request. Photos arrive in your dashboard and inline in the email so you can size up the job before calling a contractor.
